Prices:

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. The prices change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order if remsleep.eu accepts the order. All prices are in Danish kroner and are shown incl. 25% VAT.

Payment:

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves remsleep.eu

We use the following payment options with cards ViSA/ViSA Dk/Elektron/MasterCard/Debit/Maestro/Anyday and Paypal. No hidden fees are charged

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. Delivery:

When you shop at remsleep.eu, we offer free delivery to the mailbox on all orders.

We use PostNord and can deliver throughout Denmark. We can also, by agreement, deliver to other countries in the EU following a prior agreement regarding delivery costs, which the customer must pay himself. If you as a customer place an order before 5pm, we will send your package the same day, and you will therefore most likely receive your item within 1-2 working days.

The risk of accidental demise or deterioration:

Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the buyer.

Complaint:

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Our warranty does not cover water damage or physical damage.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Kontakt@remsleep.eu. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met. See more about how to complain at www.forbrug.dk.

remsleep.eu does not provide an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item, otherwise if the item is put into use.

Please note that you will only get the amount refunded by card if the return is made within the first 14 days. If the return takes place in the subsequent remaining 16 days, the amount will be refunded on a credit note

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email: kontakt@remsleep.eu or by telephone at or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that you will only get the amount refunded by card if the return is made within the first 14 days. If the return takes place in the subsequent remaining 16 days, the amount will be refunded on a credit note

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

 

Privacy Policy:

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with remsleep and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

No information is passed on to third parties without the customer's prior acceptance and permission, for e.g. to use any comments to our review site

As registered with remsleep, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to: Kontakt@remsleep.eu

remsleep ApS reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
